2. Data processed and purposes
Quotation requests
Data: name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, event type, dates and times, headcount, selected room, layout, requested services and voluntarily supplied notes.
Purpose: contacting the enquirer, checking availability, preparing a quotation and handling pre-contractual communication.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at the request of a private individual before entering into a contract; where a contact person acts on behalf of a legal entity, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the controller’s legitimate interest in business communication.
Venue visits and direct enquiries
Data: name, contact details, requested time and message supplied by e-mail or telephone. Purpose: arranging a venue visit and responding to enquiries. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and/or legitimate interest in business communication.
Technical log data
When serving and protecting the website, the hosting and CDN provider may process technical data such as IP address, request time and browser information for website security, availability and troubleshooting. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in secure website operation.
3. Retention
- Quotation requests and business contact data: 3 years after the last substantive communication.
- Data relating to a concluded contract, invoicing or accounting records: 8 years in accordance with applicable accounting obligations.
- Technical and security logs: according to provider settings and for the period required to investigate security incidents.
4. Recipients and processors
- authorised employees of SZINTETIKA Kft.;
- KERESZT és TÁRSA Kft. to the extent required for contracting and invoicing;
- the controller’s e-mail and IT service providers;
- the Cloudflare service group as hosting and CDN provider.
For international transfers, Cloudflare states that it uses appropriate safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms under its privacy and data-processing terms.
